joe fresh® departments are available in over 350 stores across the country. It is important to note however, that not every store carries the full collection (i.e. adult and kids lines). What is the Return Policy?

Return or exchange your items at the joe fresh® department or Customer Service desk within 14 days, with original price tags and receipt. All clearance items are final sale. Swimwear must have original price tags and hygienic liner intact. For hygienic reasons, there will be no returns on panties.

Are all the products on the web available in all the joe fresh® departments?

Actually, there are even more styles available in the joe fresh® department than on Joe.ca. Delivery of styles do vary by store so we cannot guarantee that the exact product will be available in your chosen store. Don't worry though, each store receives fresh deliveries every four weeks, so if you don't find what you are looking for, you will find something else you love.
